the article notes that the global computer network Internet in modern society performs a wide range of functions, which allowed it to go far beyond the limits of the actual communicative phenomenon of society. In particular, the role of the Internet in the processes of socialization and inculturation of the younger generations, in axiological, ideological, ideological, socionormative systems of modern culture is high. This gives reason to consider the global computer network as a phenomenon of modern socio-cultural reality.
