in this article, the legal status of Russian companies engaged in the construction of energy facilities abroad is considered as a complex category combining elements of civil and energy legal statuses and having an international legal component due to participation in legal relations with foreign counterparties. The specifics for different organizational and legal forms of Russian companies engaged in the construction of energy facilities abroad are highlighted, the special relationship of their activities with the promotion of the national interests of the Russian Federation outside the country in relations with foreign partners is emphasized. The author's vision of the actual aspects of the legal situation and tasks in the field of further implementation of the support of these Russian companies is presented.
