The information technologies and PR in public administration

In view of the wide spread of information technologies and their application in all spheres of society, of particular relevance are the issues of their use in public administration. As a special subject of public relations with enormous powers, and acting as a link between the authorities and citizens, public authorities should pay special attention to the processes of application of information technology and PR in their own activities. This will help to optimize the current processes, improve them and thus improve the quality of services provided, and, consequently, the degree of satisfaction of their end users.
