Client-centricity in public administration

Based on an analysis of the array of regulatory legal acts, law enforcement activities of the public administration, in particular on the provision of service services to citizens, the author states that the digitalization of public administration is aimed specifically at improving state services, which focus on the interests of Russian citizens, while the essence of the client-centric state is precisely to solve human problems without its participation.
