On the question of the evaluation criteria of moral harm

The authors analyze various methods of determining the amount of moral damage. Attention is drawn to the controversial issues of each of the approaches. The circumstances that determine the need to develop a unified methodology for determining the monetary equivalent of moral harm and its legislative legalization are highlighted. In order to ensure the objectivity of the court decision, the necessity of conducting a medical and psychological examination of moral harm is justified.
