Abuse of the right to disclose information

The article examines the content and signs of the civil law structure of abuse of law in the disclosure of corporate information. The main interpretations in understanding the phenomenon of abuse of law in relation to corporate activities are highlighted. The conclusion is made about the limited nature of the legal definition of "abuse of right", the absence of a statutory obligation of a shareholder to prevent the misuse of disclosed corporate information. Amendments to the current civil legislation aimed at increasing the legal protection of the interests of corporations are proposed.
