History and development of corporate legislation in China

After the formation of the PRC, with the annulment of the «Book of Six Laws of the Republic of China», the process of corporate law in China was terminated, and the traditional model of the civil and corporate law system was completely abandoned by the transplantation and implementation of legal theory and system. For a long time, the Soviet legal system became with the development of the rule of law process in China and the improvement of the legal system, the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been basically formed in 2011 and improve continuously.
