Formation of technology to ensure the security of banking activities in modern conditions

The article reveals that the methodology of the synergetic approach considers the organization as an artificial system that is an integral part of the world. At the same time, in this system, at the maximum level, it is necessary to take into account the main processes of self-organization. The study substantiates that, in accordance with the principle of self-organization of complex systems, an organization as a complex system has the ability to organize itself, restructure itself, while external influence is necessary only to initiate the desired tendencies of its self-development. The article proposes to consider the concept of self-organization to a greater extent in "soft" systems, it is proved that fractals are self-organized structural units. The characteristic of "soft" control systems is given, the distinctive feature of which is the presence of horizontal (staff) connections in the organization in them. The activity of an entrepreneurial organization in a competitive market is disclosed and its influence on the economic system is revealed. In addition, the article discusses the synergetic theory of fractals or fractal factories, as well as an approach to the reproduction of organizational relationships based on the concept of a "learning organization".
