Competence-based approach to the management of human resources of a university in the conditions of digitalization of education

The changes taking place in the labor market under the influence of the digital economy are analyzed. The importance of higher education for the training of specialists who meet the modern requirements of employers is emphasized. Attention is focused on the competence-based approach in the management of human resources of the university, as a tool aimed at supporting the changes taking place in the educational paradigm of the university. The key competencies of a university teacher, which are necessary for the implementation of educational services in modern conditions, are considered.
