The influence of the legal norms of integration associations on the investment activities of transnational corporations

The article is devoted to the role of the supranational right of integration associations in regulating the investment activities of transnational corporations. Integration associations strive to remove barriers within themselves, as well as to unify national legislation in the economic and financial spheres. In addition, integration associations contribute to the activity of the movement of investment capital within the member countries, and can also conclude agreements with non-member countries to form stable economic ties and simplify investment activities. In this regard, an important issue is the activities of TNCs within the framework of such integration associations, the factor of their influence on developing countries by carrying out illegal actions to bribe and blackmail government officials in order to obtain the most favorable conditions, as well as their participation in the development of international investment law.
