Commercial concession agreement and its features in the system of business contracts

In the presented scientific article, the current topic is considered, devoted to the study of the features inherent in a debt commercial concession within the framework of entrepreneurial relations. When studying this issue, the author draws attention to the content of the current legislation, as well as modern legal doctrine. The problematic aspects contained in the relations regulated by the presented contract are analyzed. At the same time, the author's proposals aimed at resolving these problematic aspects and controversial issues are formulated in this work.
