About the peculiarities of forming and distributing process of financial resources in agglomerations

The formation of agglomerations around the most dynamically developing cities is a process that is characteristic of different countries. The author examines the concept of agglomeration, its characteristics, which defined in the works of foreign and domestic scientists, analyzes the definition of agglomerations and their species composition, fixed in the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation. In the article much attention paid to the issues of financial support of agglomerations, taking into account domestic and foreign practice, the ways of development of financing of interregional agglomerations in the Russian Federation are proposed.
