Optimal modernization development: the search for orientation innovative ways in terms of structural modernization

Certain situations are identified that make it difficult, or, conversely, contribute to overcoming obstacles to economic growth in the innovative aspect, in particular, ensuring the competitiveness of economic entities, the need to increase costs for conceptual and frontal scientific and technical research, strengthening tax support for business as tools for activating modernization development, improving the material base of modernization in a number of innovative industries. The steps for the formation and development of an innovative path in the context of structural modernization are proposed, in particular, concerning the costs of conceptual and frontal scientific and technical research, key competitive advantages, etc. It is concluded that the innovative development of the Russian economy in the context of structural modernization from the perspective of solving the tasks set requires a comprehensive approach, creating conditions for the development of the production sector, which, when coordinated with a set of other measures, will achieve maximum effect from their implementation.
