Factors determining crimes that infringe on the freedom of economic relations

The scientific article analyzes the determinants of crimes that encroach on the freedom of economic relations. Recognizing their homogeneous nature with the general causes and conditions of economic crime, the author points to the undoubtedly existing specificity. The determinants of crimes that encroach on the freedom of economic relations are subdivided in a scientific article into the following groups: socio-economic factors; legal and administrative factors; spiritual and moral factors. The author also attaches great importance to the socio-psychological characteristics of the personality that determine its criminal behavior. These features are due to defects in the early stages of the criminal's personality socialization.
