Legal problems of creating derivative works created on the basis of open licenses and disposing of the exclusive right to them

in this article the author examines the institution of open license. The question of creation of derivative works under an open license is studied. The author reveals the legal problems of creation of derivative works created on the basis of open licenses and the ways to solve them by reforming the legislation on open licenses, as well as by increasing the level of self-regulation of relations between the right holder of the work and third parties.
