Selection and justification of an anti-crisis development program for agricultural enterprises

In modern economic conditions, many organizations must take into account in their activities a large number of factors of the external and internal environment that can negatively affect its stability, in particular financial stability, which affects possible bankruptcy. Diagnostics of such situations should reveal non-stability in the early stages. This, in turn, will contribute to the opportunity to take a number of anti-crisis measures in time, which will be aimed at changing the current situation. In the article, using a practical example, the authors show the analysis of the financial condition of an agricultural enterprise and the development of a number of anti-crisis measures that contribute to changing the situation in a positive direction.
