Peculiarities of legal mechanisms for the activities of subregional development banks

The article is devoted to the analysis of sub-regional development banks as subjects of international law, which operate as international organizations on the basis of multilateral agreements for the purpose of joint management of international settlements in the field of international economic cooperation. The goals, objectives and functional features of the Subregional Development Banks are constantly being modernized, adjusting to the global situation in the world economy, as well as to the state of international political and legal relations and trends in international realities. Sub-regional banks are the key building blocks of the modern financial system. In accordance with the subject competence of the SRBR, they accept projects and conclude strategies for environmental protection and environmental protection, growth of innovative potential and development of the field of informatization. Subregional development banks are similar to Regional Development Banks, but the main difference is that they are much smaller and serve subregions such as South Africa or the Caribbean.
