Digital transformation of economy and public administration: personnel aspect

The article analyzes the goals, objectives, indicators and progress of the implementation of the Federal project "Personnel for the Digital Economy", which is part of six federal projects of the National Program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation". The necessity of introducing a model of digital competencies to solve the problem of training personnel for the civil service, taking into account the needs for specialists with different levels of digital competencies, is substantiated. A comparative analysis of the supplemented and adjusted versions of the federal project "Personnel for the Digital Economy" with its initial presentation is carried out in terms of the continuity of the tasks and targets set for implementation and the validity of updating its content. Special attention is paid to the competencies of the digital transformation team in the public administration system.
