Family business in Russia is represented by generally small and micro enterprises. It is a lot of questions connected with realization of shares of spouses both in the enterprises and in the real estate, still did not find the answers. The article touches upon such problems as a too rapid transition to a market economy and, in connection with this, the impossibility of mastering such a rapid transition by society. Associated with this is the lack of sufficient capitalization of the business, with its proper development, leading to the lack of the possibility of hiring qualified specialists to develop their own business. The general basis of the relationship of counterparties to the family business and the conclusion of contractual relations with it is also taken into account. The problems of family relations are raised as negatively affecting the growth of capitalization. The negative impact of divorces on saved and accumulated capital. The emergence of shares in the organizational and legal forms of enterprise management and their detrimental impact on both business development and its reputation.
