Methodological aspects of substantiation of regular management decisions at Russian enterprises

The paper summarizes and analyzes the methodological aspects of managerial decision-making in the practical activities of domestic enterprises. The key requirements for management decisions are highlighted. Their classification according to the main features is carried out. The technological sequence of the development of management decisions at the enterprise is determined. The most significant features of the development and justification of management decisions in the creation of new polymer industries are formulated.
