Problems of forming of investment potential in conditions of increased instability of the Russian economy

To maintain sustainable economic growth, it is necessary to provide financial support for the development of high-tech industries and technologies. An important role in this is played by financial intermediaries that ensure the transformation of savings into investments. However, their activities in Russia, for a number of reasons, do not yet allow the formation of sufficient investment potential, especially in the context of economic sanctions. Therefore, it remains important to search for additional tools that motivate the main institutions of the financial market and retail investors to expand their contribution to the financial support of the Russian economy. These include state support for corporate bonds of issuers that are strategically important for the economy, the creation of new instruments attractive to investors, and the increased participation of state funds in venture financing.
