Influence of religious and spiritual elements on the features of the formation of the russian legal culture

The article analyzes the influence of religious and spiritual elements on the features of the formation of Russian legal culture. It is argued that there is a need for patriotic, civil and legal education of the individual, starting from childhood, based on moral, civil and religious traditions, rooted in national and legal culture. In Russia today, a single national idea is needed, which would be based on rich traditional spiritual, moral and confessional domestic values. Only in this case, the Russian legal culture will be able to find solid ground for solving the problems of its development and further evolution.
