On the issue of liability for non-fulfillment and improper fulfillment of leasing obligations

the study provides a brief assessment of the organization of legal regulation of such a type of contractual relationship as leasing. The author draws more attention to the essence of their development, provided that the number of participants in the leasing agreement can increase and turn into sub-relations. The author emphasizes the imperfection of the legislation in this matter and, given the current practice, proposes to amend the current mechanism of legal regulation.
