Some questions about the use of the 2GIS maps internet application in the prevention of mercenary crime

The article attempts to test the possibility of using the cartographic Internet application 2GIS to visually reflect the current state of mercenary crime against property in Moscow. The significance of crime maps in the aspect of architectural criminology is revealed and their impact on security (safety) and the prevention of mercenary crime is studied. The author substantiates the need to improve the forms of interaction between state, municipal and law enforcement agencies on the use of statistical reporting and analytical information in predicting mercenary crime and building new digital means of protection against its manifestations.
