Blockchain technology against corruption in the public sector: a legal analysis

this article is devoted to the study of a serious threat to the functioning of public authority based on law and law, corruption. In particular, approaches to the definition of the concept and the existing Russian system of elements used to combat corruption are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of the system of distributed registries (blockchain). The ways of legislative support for the use of new technology in Russia have been studied and worked out on the example of foreign practice.
