Problematic aspects of the protection of the rights of economic entities in the EAEU States

In the article, the author tried to consider the problem of ensuring the economic security of each integration association, including the Eurasian Economic Union, on the basis of ensuring the national and economic security of each EAEU member state and to identify the main factors affecting the economic security of the EAEU countries, as well as to offer practical recommendations that contribute to the formation and development of the economic security system of the EAEU countries. It is proposed to create an independent arbitration center that has the ability to consider applications from economic entities of the participating countries that recognize its jurisdiction, which will ensure effective dispute resolution within the EAEU.
