On the relevance of the study of the involvement of a juvenile into commission of a crime

the article considers the need for a criminal law ban on the actions of adults aimed at involving minors in the commission of antisocial actions, including crimes. The data on the state of crime, in particular among minors, and the dynamics of its development are given. The high latency of the offenses under consideration is noted due to the age characteristics of minors, the dependence of juvenile delinquency on the number of minors who are on various accounts in the bodies of crime prevention and recidivism.
