Complex characteristics of an enterprise as an object of hereditary succession

In this paper, the author explores the complex characteristics of the enterprise as an object of hereditary succession. The main characteristics and composition of the enterprise subject to inheritance are considered. The study reveals not only the specifics of the enterprise as an inherited property complex, but also the subjects of inheritance, as well as the preferential rights of certain categories of heirs. The paper highlights certain features of the inheritance of the enterprise (complexity, indivisibility), as well as the legal consequences of entering into the inheritance of the enterprise. The object of the study is defined as an enterprise as an object of inheritance and the subject is its complex characteristic. As the main conclusions, the author defines the prospects for improving legislation in the field of inheritance of an enterprise while preserving the legal rights of heirs and the integrity of the enterprise.
