Issues of development of financial planning at the enterprises of garden and park construction (committee for the improvement of St. Petersburg)

The article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of financial planning at the enterprises of gardening. The imperfection of the financing system automatically generates imperfections in the order of planning, spending budget funds and economic incentives. In the continuation of the development of the issue, it is necessary to develop a number of regulatory and technical maps and indicators that characterize the work of the enterprises of the gardening management. It is optimal to use mathematical methods of evaluation and compilation of an algorithm for evaluating budget financing for these purposes. An important component for the organization of this work is the "feedback" with consumers of services and works of the enterprises of the management of the garden and park economy.
