Digital economy and new methodology of professional competencies

The process of promoting and implementing digital trends in the socio-economic sphere and the global system of open and individualized professional knowledge within the framework of continuing education form a fundamentally new methodology of professional competencies in the modern labor market. Digitalization currently determines the integration of new communication technologies, innovative methods and approaches in educational models, updated institutional and organizational structures of the management sector. On the other hand, modern digital effectively determines the unity of theoretical, methodological, technological, pedagogical and organizational innovations. The digital ecosystem in different segments of the public sphere involves the unification into a single network of industry, business, education, jointly participating in the process of creating the final market product. The article presents a forecast of the development of demanded competencies in the modern labor market.
