The article assesses the place and role of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development in improving the efficiency of financial and economic cooperation between Russia and the EAEU member states in modern conditions. The risks of implementing Russia's financial and economic cooperation with the EAEU member states under sanctions restrictions are considered. A number of measures and instruments of state macro-financial regulation at the supranational level are proposed, based on the maximum involvement of the existing economic potential and financial resources of the economic entities of the Russian Federation and the EAEU, which will strengthen the role of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development in improving the efficiency of financial and economic cooperation between Russia and the EAEU member states in the face of new challenges.
