the paper contains an analysis of the influence of geopolitical and technological transformations on the strategy of development of the Russian oil and gas infrastructure. It is demonstrated that it is necessary to develop infrastructure for new directions and new models of export of oil and gas. It is demonstrated that there may be a need to create a single state operator of digital infrastructure for the oil and gas industry.
