Key factors of regional economic growth

The article examines the relationship between the state of the regional economy and the overall national economic growth. The unique position of the regional economy as an intermediate layer between the macro level and microeconomics is described. It is shown how the influence of the regional economy on various elements of the economic system varies. The factors influencing the economic processes of the region are listed and explained, their grouping into demand factors (the volume of natural resource potential and its quality, the volume of production resources of enterprises, the amount of available funds, the qualitative characteristics of the technological level) and supply factors are made. The ways to have a positive impact on the region's economy and ensure economic growth are listed and considered. A graphical representation of the system of factors influencing economic growth is presented. Various variants of the consequences arising from the implementation of the proposed measures to ensure sustainable economic growth are considered, the aspect of globalization is also considered.
