Personnel policy at service sector enterprises in the context of the pandemic crisis

The article deals with the transformation of Russian human resource management practices in service enterprises during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020-2021. New functions performed by human resources departments under the conditions of economic crisis caused by the introduction of anti-epidemic measures are revealed. The changes in personnel policy of service enterprises as the increased role of computer literacy, the need to address the problem of retaining such personnel when they can not perform full-time work, precarization of human resources, the development of smart-recruiting and zero-HR technologies are revealed.
