Development of a career management system in organization in modern conditions

The development of a career management system in an organization plays an important role in modern conditions and involves the participation of various economic entities. Therefore, the process of studying the issues of career management in modern transformational conditions, when it is necessary to mobilize internal reserves for the development of a new socio-economic and political structure of Russia, is being updated. The purpose of the study is aimed at the formation of methodological tools for creating a career management system in an organization. The objectives of the study are: systematization of the main approaches to career management and substantiation of the classification of career types; substantiation of the possibility of combining the level and time approaches to career management; a proposal to use a modified model of the BCG matrix in relation to this field of study. The article used both generally accepted scientific and special research methods (systemic, economic, comparative analyses, economic and statistical methods, matrix methods, etc.). The article demarcates the concept of "career" from the standpoint of its scope; the main approaches to career management are substantiated and a classification of its types is proposed; the levels of interaction and career management in modern conditions are characterized, and a methodology for the formation of a career management system is proposed. An analysis was made of the main areas of application of a career as an object of study, including the main approaches to its management, which made it possible to expand the classification group of its types. The combination of level and time approaches to career management made it possible to identify the main subjects of each level and to identify priorities for managing a career trajectory. Also, a methodology was proposed for the formation of a career management system at an enterprise, which includes four main stages.
