Economic security in conditions of turbulence: counteraction to shocks and mobilization economy

The article examines the change in approaches to diagnosing and ensuring Russia's economic security under destructive influences of great destructive power, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of anti-Russian sanctions. The Strategy of economic security of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 was critically analyzed as a normative-legal act that does not fully meet the new challenges. The relevance of such terms as "economic shock", "mobilization economy", which should be included in the conceptual and categorical apparatus of economic security was characterized.
