The northern territories of our country have a huge potential for its economic growth, the issue of studying the functional state of the people who work here deserves close attention, there is a need to ensure the effective activity of the population of these regions.
The article discusses various factors of the northern regions of Russia and their impact on human health, which are divided into natural and climatic conditions; anthropogenic; factors that change the body's susceptibility to the action of harmful substances; pathogenic factors. Among them, cold has a particularly powerful effect on the human body, which directly affects heat transfer and human performance in the open air.
