The purpose of this study is to identify the key stakeholders of environmental projects with the justification of the basic principles of interaction. The main method of research was desk research, as well as general methods of scientific analysis such as abstract-logical and comparative, as well as methods of complex analysis. The role of the main participants of environmentally-oriented projects aimed at implementing the best available technologies is defined. A model of technology for the management of environmental projects with the allocation of the function of partnership of the most important stakeholders is proposed.
