Institute of judicial conciliation: problems and prospects

this article is devoted to the study of the institute of judicial reconciliation in the framework of solving the actual problem of modern legal proceedings - the possibility of resolving the dispute amicably. In particular, the existing Russian legal regulation of this institution and problematic issues related to its practical implementation are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of proposals for amending the scope of legal regulation based on the principle of voluntariness, as well as ways to develop and popularize conciliation procedures in the activities of courts.
