The issues of currency exchange regulation in the policy of de-offshorization

Currency legal relation is the necessary condition of the foreign economic activity of organizations and state along with the participation of the state in international companies. In this regard, the main goal of currency legislation is the effective alignment of monetary policy. For instance, such issue as stopping the cash outflow from the country and strengthening the national currency without harming economic entities.
