To the question of the administrative responsibility of prunkers

The article examines a new form of self-expression on the one hand and deviant deviant behavior of subjects on the other hand, referred to as «prank». Although prank has been a phenomenon for more than 10 years, during which conflicts with justice have arisen, to date there is no clear position in the legal practice of administrative and criminal legislation regarding this phenomenon as socially antisocial. The study touches upon both moral and legal aspects of the phenomenon, considering them in the context of historical development.
