Innovative model of labor productivity growth in conditions of limited resources

The article investigates and presents the main organizational and intellectual issues of increasing labor productivity in conditions of limited resources, identifies the main criterion for labor productivity growth. An innovative mathematical model for labor productivity is proposed. The analysis is carried out and the specific features of resource constraints are revealed. The main task of labor motivation as an important human factor in modern market conditions is revealed. Results. Based on the above research and analysis of labor productivity in conditions of limited resources, problems and shortcomings in the methodology for solving the main task of labor motivation as a human factor are identified. Taking into account the uncertainty in the external and internal environment, an economic and mathematical model is proposed for labor productivity growth taking into account resource constraints. Conclusions. The presented results will improve labor productivity, production efficiency and competitiveness of modern enterprises.
