The concept and essence of countering the investigation of crimes related to illegal trafficking in weapons accumulated at the initial stage of the investigation

This article discusses the concept and essence of counteraction in the investigation of crimes related to illegal arms trafficking, which are formed at the initial stage of the investigation. The paper describes the nature and degree of counteraction provided in situations arising during the investigation of crimes related to illegal arms trafficking, and also identifies the average subject committing such crimes. Also, the article pays special attention to the methods and stages of the theft of weapons and their components from the places where weapons are manufactured and (or) stored. In addition, the article focuses on the features and types of subjects of crimes, as well as objective and subjective factors in the investigation of crimes related to illegal arms trafficking.
