Intracommunication as a type of social communication in an organization

The article examines the trends of increased attention to the phenomenon of communication, which is due to the dependence of society on information and its use. This determines the social relevance of the communication process. The consideration of communication through the prism of interaction was carried out using a retrospective analysis and the concept of M. Weber, which allowed us to come to the conclusion about the dominance of goal-oriented and value-rational actions in communication. The study of social phenomenology has shown that the theoretical results of various scientific trends and concepts have their own potential for research. At the same time, it becomes important to understand the need for both general systemic aspects of this range of issues and micro-contextual ones. The article shows that intracommunication is a kind of social communication in organizations that reproduces and constitutes a system of social interaction. The author's definition of the system of intracommunications as identification of the internal nature of the communication process is proposed.
