New technologies such as artificial intelligence have affected most industries and logistics is no exception. This powerful technology automates and simplifies numerous processes, helping transport companies save time and money. In view of the foregoing, the purpose of the article is to consider in detail the prospects for using artificial intelligence technology in the organization of transportation. Tasks: 1) to analyze the possibilities of artificial intelligence in the warehouse; 2) identify opportunities for using autonomous vehicles and smart roads. Methods: forecasting, analysis, grouping, comparison. Results. Artificial intelligence in the organization of transportation increases the logistics automation of warehouse management, optimizes supply chain planning, reduces costs and improves customer satisfaction. Conclusions. The introduction of new technologies is one of the best supply chain improvement strategies. Artificial intelligence helps speed up and simplify various important processes.
