Management problems and triggers of medical tourism development

The paper presents the results of an empirical study devoted to identifying managerial growth points for the development of medical tourism. The degree of readiness of medical organizations to work with foreign patients in general and in the context of managerial functions is shown. It is proposed as a measure to level the barriers to the development of the Russian medical tourism market by the formation of an ecosystem built on an intersectoral principle.
