Transformation of labor resources in digital economy

the paper contains a description of main specific features of labor resources in digital economy in comparison with the industrial model of employment. It is demonstrated that relations between employees and employers in digital economy have features typical for relations between other types of economic agents. The notion of hybrid labor resources is proposed.
