he article discusses the issues of assessing the contribution of product and technological innovations to the effectiveness of the implementation of projects for the development of the road network of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, taking into account the results of monitoring the development of innovations and assessing the achieved socio-economic and defense effect based on the theory of investment and innovation risk management in market conditions for the development of road construction industries.
