Legal regulation of advertising on audiovisual services

In this article the author examines the main results of the research work on the experience of application of legal norms in the sphere of regulation of advertising in the framework of audiovisual services. The grounds that allow to speak about the relevance of the present study are defined. In particular, a brief analysis of contracts used by audiovisual services was conducted. A brief study of articles devoted to this topic, as well as acts of law enforcement related to the work of audiovisual services has been carried out. A comparative analysis of audiovisual services and Internet sites that host user's audiovisual materials was conducted. The main approaches to the legal regulation of audiovisual services were studied. A brief analysis of legislation on the availability of rules governing the relations arising from the placement of advertising in the framework of audiovisual services was carried out. Prospects for existing norms in the field of regulation of advertising within audiovisual services were assessed.
