Legal status of the bodies of the joint-stock company: genesis, history and practical experience of Germany and France

The article discusses the main and most popular organizational and legal models of societies existing in European member countries. Such types of companies as joint-stock companies are investigated, limited liability companies, business companies or trading companies, limited companies and production cooperatives as examples of corporate law in France and Germany. After our country has embarked on the path of self-identification and intra-centrality in a period of global transformations and harsh sanctions, legislators and scientists will have to set the task of analyzing the experience of modern European Union countries in the field of corporate law. Since this direction in science is relatively new in the Russian Federation due to the long historical path within the USSR and the subsequent period of transition to a market economy, the successful experience of the EU member states can serve as a fairly successful example for solving problems related to corporate legal relations.
